I remember setting my alarm
But I’ve been lying here for a while
And it still hasn’t gone off…
This is a most curious trial.
I think I set my alarm
But I’ve forgotten to before
And my roommate is already stirring…
Am I supposed to sleep any more?
I should have set my alarm
Just as I do every night
Perhaps I’ll check it on my phone…
The light is so bright!
I did indeed set my alarm
But I’m afraid my ability to sleep is long gone
So I suppose I shall arise…
Oh the stress I’ve undergone!
