Members of Western’s creative community have banded together to present the third iteration of the Western Arts Showcase, slated for Friday, April 14 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Quigley Hall
The event is sponsored by the university’s Council for Creative Expression (CCE).
The action-packed evening of art in all forms will begin with performances from Dons Lopez and Natalie Edwards, and feature a concert from Western’s Percussion Ensemble and the Symphonic Band.
Additionally, Pathfinder will unveil its annual creative magazine, art students will exhibit visual works in the gallery (many of which are available for sale), and students awarded scholarships will conduct readings of their work.
Hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and beer and wine will be provided by Sodexo.
